The paver sealing process in Fort Myers usually takes a day, including proper surface preparation and weather conditions. The time frame depends on how big the surface is, but you can be sure we’ll work quickly without compromising quality. We’ll explain more when we visit to give you the estimate.

We always use a 2-part water-based urethane on concrete pavers and porous materials and we always use a heavy duty impregnating sealer for natural stone like marble or travertine. 

Typically, your paver sealing in Fort Myers will last three to five years with a professional sealer application. We recommend resealing every two or three years for optimal protection in this climate.

Yes, you should add sand to your paver joints to reduce debris buildup, weed growth, and mold. It’s also helpful for joint stabilization.

We use ASTM C144 graded SEK Joint Sand. This is a clean, washed, product with attractive angular properties.

We offer four color options to choose from: Tan, Grey, Black, and Pearl.

Yes, but not forever. The sealant itself is a mold inhibitor but if not properly maintained, mold will grow on the sealed surface but since it’s sealed, it is much easier to clean up organic matter.

Yes, Vargas Paver Sealing or “VPS” warrants work performed with a 1 Year Workmanship Warranty.

This includes any work pertaining to paver sealing, paver repairs, loyalty program, paver restoration, paver installs, & paver overlays.

• This warranty covers any poor workmanship & lack of quality as a direct result of our craft. This also includes peeling, yellowing, hazing, and failed sealer.
• Our warranty doesn’t cover anything organic or natural.
• We don’t claim that paver sealing will stop organic growth or sand loss.
• We don’t claim that your pavers will look or stay a certain way once sealed. We also don’t claim that your pavers will be any less or more slippery. Sealed surfaces tend to be slipperier when wet.
• We recommend routine maintenance that will guarantee that your pavers will stay in a top-notch condition.
• This warranty doesn’t cover Acts of God & natural occurrences like efflorescence.
• Projects that require stripping prior to cleaning & sealing are excluded from the warranty.

Projects where the customer intentionally opts out of cleaning the pavers before sealing is excluded from the warranty. As long as you’re subscribed to our Loyalty Program, your warranty will re-new each year!

The Loyalty Program is an annual program with a set annual fee determined by square footage.

It’s required to perform a full “paver restoration” which includes the minimum of paver deep clean, installing SEK Joint Sand, & applying sealant. The loyalty program clock starts at the date of your initial project. You have a 4 month period after your initial project to decide if you’d like to join. Once 4 months have passed, you will no longer be eligible to join until your 2 year re-seal which occurs 2 years after your initial project date.

Annual fee is due on the first of the month in which your initial project was completed. Annual fee is non-refundable. You can cancel the Loyalty Program at any time.
