Great service on time moved everything off the lanai cleaned up after there work. Came back the next day to check on the job. Very happy with work.

Vargas Paving did an outstanding job cleaning and sealing our pool pavers. Since we were over 1,000 miles away while the work was being completed, communication and attention to detail were especially important—and they exceeded our expectations. Before the work began, I asked them to take extra care around our granite outdoor kitchen, our slider doors that had been treated with Diamond-Fusion, and our newly installed pool cage. They carefully protected everything throughout the process. They even sent photos documenting each step, including covering the outdoor kitchen, cleaning the staining caused by the pool fountain, replacing the joint sand, and completing the sealing. As a final touch, they thoroughly cleaned the pool after the project was finished, leaving the entire outdoor area spotless and ready to enjoy. That extra level of care really demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. The quality of their workmanship, professionalism, and communication gave us complete confidence, even from a distance. The finished result looks fantastic. I would absolutely use Vargas Paving again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality paver cleaning and sealing.

Fernando and Kiana Vargas visited our home to evaluate and estimate our needs. We had the pleasure of meeting both crews, (Milo & Jose, and Byron & William) during our job. Great care was exercised to move our outdoor furniture in and out, clean, sand and seal our pavers, and return our lanai back to us in excellent condition. If you need your driveway, pool area, or lanai pavers treated, look no further than Vagas Paver Sealing for great service. UPDATE: June 2026 After experiencing such great service in Jan. from Vargas Paver Sealing on our lanai, we had them return to seal our driveway. I was really impressed by the way owners Fernando and Kiana Vargas visited the jobsite both during the project and AFTER completion to inspect and approve the work. I can tell they really make customer satisfaction a priority.

I recently hired Vargas Pavers to power wash and seal our pool deck and to level off the pavers leading to our backyard fire pit.
