Vargas was great. Our Lanai deck and driveway look 10 years younger. The seals are great. It looks better. The quote ended up being the final price. It was arranged six weeks ahead of time everyone showed up on time worked hard cleaned up well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everyone at Vargas was professional and kind, answered all our questions. We did the Luxe package and everything was awesome except our windows are very streaked. The paver however are looking great and that’s what this project was all about. Well Done team!

Fernando and Kiana Vargas visited our home to evaluate and estimate our needs. We had the pleasure of meeting both crews, (Milo & Jose, and Byron & William) during our job.

Great care was exercised to move our outdoor furniture in and out, clean, sand and seal our pavers, and return our lanai back to us in excellent condition.

Pavers look great. Pool did end up with a lot of sand and stripping residue. I forgot to change the automatic pool programming for the solar heat and am having problems with the system. Normal pool operation is fine.

Great work, great customer service. An appreciated family owned business. Delivered a great product from start to finish, it started with how they sold the job to me. They stood out compared to other estimates i received. I received more for my money for less cost overall. There was one little minor mishap (broke 2 nobs off the cushions on my brand new out door furniture) on the lanai, but the good out weighed the bad so i still give them 5 starts. Also, the company did acknowledge the mishap and will address it accordingly. THANK YOU TO ALL.

Vargas sealed my driveway. I was pleased with the result. The business is very busy as we had to wait quite a while for our job to get scheduled. Although somewhat pricey, the seal on the driveway looks great.
