Oil and grease are a bit more tricky since they penetrate deep. We let the affected spot soak in sodium hydroxide to break down the trapped substances. Our specialists also give the whole area final degreasing to miss no hidden spatters.

SEK Joint Sand is our favorite because it’s ASTM C144 graded, angular, and washed. This translates to enhanced durability and stability.

We strengthen it even further with hydro-compaction, where our technicians use water to tightly pack the particles and fill every gap. The sand sits 18 to 14 inches below the surface for proper coverage.

Choose between our two options based on your preference:

• Topical sealers: These sit above the structure as a new layer. We typically apply two coats, and can create either a glossy “wet look” or a matte finish.
• Penetrating sealers: Penetrating products enter the surface’s pores and strengthen it. They only enhance the paver’s look instead of changing it.
